A group photo while waiting for shuttle bus to transfer us to Tournament Hall at Limra Hotel. Little did we know, the number of shuttle bus was not enough to accomodate all people if we want to reach on time before Rd 1 at 3 pm local time. Majority of the people started their walk from 2.15pm. It took them 15 minutes to reach the gate that leads to the Tournament Hall. We never want to sweat, so decided to force ourselves into shuttle bus

Disaster!!! Only players can enter the gate but no loudspeaker available to make the announcement and all disgruntled parents crowd at the gate and prevented other players from getting in. Chess players were late up to 30 minutes despite arrived 30 minutes before the start of Rd 1
